To get some free leads go to google and type in real estate agents and type in a state of your choice. It will give you phone numbers and email addresses. So you have many leads to call some people will be interested some will not but you have hundreds of people to call. So if you say you do not have any leads that BULL!! LOL

Another nice point that was made is that if you check the corporate website when Casey is going to be in an area you can market to people in that area and get them to the meeting, once they hear Casey live it is a done deal.
